At Malleus Rock Art Lab, we take great care in packaging and shipping our artwork. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged and is delivered by DHL, please do not accept the delivery. Refuse the package and notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Damaged Posters

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage.

We will assess the issue and, if replacement copies are available in our stock, we will do our best to replace the damaged poster. Please note that replacements are subject to availability, as some of our prints are produced in limited editions.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders that arrive in good condition and have no defects or damage.
